had a very nasty accident last weekend.
A horse "pawed" him straight down his spine with it's hoof,
A golf ball sized lump appeared on Deetz's left side, close to his spine which grew to the size of a melon. It was a lump that was raised about an inch high and went from his lower left side all the way over his spine to his right side.
Poor Deetz had a haematoma. ( A large bruise that was blood filled.)
The blood had nowhere to go, his vet said if he didn’t drain it, it could burst or it could also get infected.
Deetz had to stay in hospital for 2 days. He had tubes coming out of his back to drain all the fluid.
When he came home he still had the tubes in to allow any remaining fluid to drain out.
He is feeling a lot better now but we are sure he would appreciate some airezen to help him heal quickly.

You know I am thinking of little Deetz. I miss seeing him on the interwebs. I know that he has had a lot of sadness in his life. Charlotte just vanishing and his brother dying so suddenly. I sure hope that he will be OK.

OMD....We are sending bucket loads or airezen for Deetz.
