We're dreaming of a White Christmas.

Oh wow. We woke up this morning to thick snow!
I was so excited.

Before we started to play Taffy told Molly and me that he was in charge. Now that's a surprise!

We chased each other

through the soft fluffy snow.

Then Taffy and I had a race...

but sort of collided and I had an ear bashing.
Apparently it was all my fault!

I am not trying to retaliate here and bite Taffy's bum, just that my mouth was open when the photo was taken.
Molly came to my aid and we had a bit of a bundle.

Taffy is all squished between us here.....

So he had the strops

at both of us!

When peace was finally restored I challenged Taffy to another race.
Ready, steady, GO.

Gosh! Even in deep snow Taffy sure is fast.

He won by a paw.
I had to skid to a halt so I wouldn't bash into him.

Is that you Molly? You are rather white.
You do look so funny.

Now if I lie down I can try and hide and then pounce on Molly.

Oh blast she spotted me.
Chase me Molly.

Did Taffy throw a snowball at you?

Oh this is such fun.

I love snow.

Cannot wait for tomorrow when we can go and play again.

Apparently there is more snow to come tonight. Yippeeeeeee.

Monty.

Somebody has been naughty.

Somebody in our house has been rather naughty.

It wasn't me, I am a good boy.

It wasn't my sister either!

So it has to be.............

who sneaked into the lounge where the Christmas presents are.

We have received pressies from some of our friends and "you know who" sneaked in and had a ripping time.

What a mess!

The label on the floor revealed the present was for

Molly.

Fortunately Molly didn't see what was inside the paper.

When she found out her one of her presents had been opened it was not a pretty sight!

I thought she was going to eat him!

Anyway peace has been restored and Taffy can't lift a paw now without being watched.

Christmas meeting at Battersea.

I have finally managed to get my paws on the keyboard to tell you about my walk last Saturday.

I went to Battersea Park which is on the south side of the River Thames in London.

I knew my pals were going to be there but imagine my surprise when I saw Paddy and Sally my WFT friends. Paddy sure is handsome in the fur.

Here I am posing with the youngsters of the group.

I do feel I need to be a role model for these youngsters. They do fidget when asked to look towards the camera and grin.

There were some nice fountains in the lake. Normally I would have enjoyed a swim or a paddle at the least but it was too chilly.

Paddy loved having his photo taken,

Sally is so pretty, I was quite overwhelmed at how cute she is.

Halfway through our walk the hoomans decided to put Santa hats on us.

My sister Duffy didn't look all that keen but what do you think of me?

I have to say I think I look rather handsome and debonair.

Red suits me don't you think?

Here are a few photos of the park. Everything looked so grey and dismal but we enjoyed ourselves tremendously.

A few brave souls dipped their front paws and had a slurp of the freezing cold water.

Dooley must have had such cold paws.

One final look at the lake and we went and had a sit down so the hoomans could feed their faces.

I asked Sally and Paddy if they would be so kind as to pose for another photo.
How obliging they were.

Dooley made himself comfy and waited for the first course of his meal to be served!
It sure looked tasty.
He didn't share!

He was forgiven though when he gave us all some yummy treats at the end of the day.
Christmas tree and snowman biscuits. Yummy.

The hoomans had small parcels of chocolates to munch on their way home.

All in all it was a very enjoyable day out.

It went pear shaped when I arrived home as I had to sort out what Molly and Monty had been playing at on the blog. I suppose I have to admit that they did quite well but I won't tell them that of course!
