Spring is in the air

When the Daffodils show their bright yellow faces we know Spring is just around the corner.

Monty:   Molly do we have to tiptoe through the Daffodils?

Molly:  No Monty. 

Apparently you tiptoe through the Tulips and they are still sleeping under the ground

So in the meantime I will bulldoze my way through this lot.

Don't tell Mum it was me!

Looking up!

I often sit outside and watch the world go by

I really enjoy listening to the birds squabbling twittering away in the trees.

I look up to the sky and watch the birds fly around.

Sometimes I see really big birds and I become quite excited.

Yesterday a Heron flew over me.

I shouted to Molly to look up and watch the Heron.

Not quite what I had expected.....

But at least she made the effort.

My Gotcha Day

I can hardly believe it was 5 years ago that I adopted my family.

I was a little bit of a minx when I first arrived and kept everyone on their toes

Now I am a very good girl ....

Most of the time.

I didn't do anything special

I just enjoyed my day running and playing

AND

eating

We did have the  most gorgeous sunset this evening

Followed by a big moon visiting us.

I had a very good day

My special Valentine

Well I have to say I did have a super Valentine's Day

I couldn't actually spend it with my special girl but she did send me a parcel!

Inside were these absolutely delicious biscuits, she had baked them for us.

She is such a treasure.

I am not sure if you can see the biscuits too well but the left hand bag has heart shaped biscuits.

Those are all for ME.

They are extra special.

She sent me a card too.

Such a beautiful Airegirl.

And before you ask

I did send her a Valentine's card.

She loved it!!

Robbed of my furs!

       Apparently I am not finished yet.

This was just Round 1.

It was hilarious looking at Mum afterwards.

She looked more like an Airedale than me!

But I have to say it is nice to be able to see where I am going again.

Every November we go through all our photos and decide which ones to have on our calendar for the following year.

We obviously try and keep the pictures seasonal.

We decided to have a nice snow photo for the month of February.

All we can say is thank dogness we actually have this photo otherwise we would probably have forgotten what snow is!!

Rain, had loads of that!

Howling winds, plenty of them too!

Jack Frost has visited us a few times.

But NO snow.

If any of our friends out there have a little too much of the white stuff would they consider sending us some  please.
