Visiting the VET.

Hi, it's me Winnie Just thought I would fill you in with what's been going on around here as the others have been too lazy to blog.

A letter arrived a few weeks ago to say my annual booster was due.

I know I need this to keep me healthy but the thought of going to the VET wasn't too appealing.

Anyway it turns out that Monty was due to have his booster and we booked a double appointment so we could hold each others paws.

Monty told me the Vet man was a very nice chap and we would be OK.

I must say he was very kind to us and I will have no worries about going to see him again.

He told me I am a pretty girl............... nothing wrong with his eye sight then which is encouraging as he is the one with that long needle in his hand!

When we arrived home I asked if I could play with Molly in the garden as I had been such a good girl.

I love my big sister, she is teaching me how to wrap the hoomans around my paw.

Apparently sitting down staring at them with big brown eyes whilst raising a paw works wonders. Result every time.

I dipped my paws in the bird bath just to make sure it was the correct temperature for all my feathered friends. Molly then posed for loads of photos. Molly I know you are very pretty but this post is meant to be about me, me me. A few days later Monty developed a limp. He looked absolutely tragic in his great big fluffy winter coat with paw raised limping around.
So off to the Vets he went. Pawsonally I think he was jealous I had received so much attention and he wanted an extra cuddle with the Vet man.
Anyway it turned out he had hurt his big toe! Something to do with a ligament and he was given some medicine. I am happy to report the medicine worked wonders and he is back to normal and bouncing around like a spring lamb. Just going to leave you with one more picture of ME

Delayed by a day!

Well we were going to post yesterday as this is our 400th post but we decided to wait and post today. St Patrick's Day.

As we reach each new landmark on our blog we seem to increase in numbers! There were only 3 of us when we posted our 300th post!

We look forward to our next 100 blog entries but expect there will be many heated discussions before we can publish ..... well 4 Terriers on one blog is challenging.

Happy St Patrick's Day.
