I am not a happy girl.
Well I was, even when I went to see my nice vet last week.
(Don't worry he wasn't strangling me,
He was just trying to prevent me from launching myself off the table!)
I don't mind going to see him.
I thought I was going for a check up.
WRONG!!
Two lumps; one on my back and one on my chest had been worrying Mum.
So my vet said he would operate and take them off!
Excuse me!
They are my lumps.
I decide what is going to happen.
Apparently not!
Friday 11th I was taken back and I bounced in to meet all the lovely reception girls and nurses and then I don't remember much!
I must have had a big sleep and when I woke up I had hair shaved from all over the place.
Nothing matched.
My front legs were part shaved in different areas and my back......
Don't get me started....
The one thing that saved me the pure embarrassment of showing off my ruined furs and having no street cred was I was wearing a special coat.
This was taken on Monday when I had to go back for my 3 day check up
Good news: I am doing well. Stitches holding well
The lumps were benign.
Bad news. Another 7 days of only 3 lead walks per day
Ten minutes each walk!!
Another week of taking "Arnty Biotics".
Plus side they are served with cheese.
Crossing the days off the calendar...
~~~~
Anyway I got the last laugh
I must have been first in for surgery that day
Snippets of conversation I heard about liveliness and noise seemed to have pushed me up the list that morning.
