Hello.....

Hello. it's me. Winnie the Welshie

I believe Molly, Taffy and Monty have introduced me to you already.

However, I thought it only polite to say hello to you all myself.

Now I had never heard of a blog until I arrived here.

For two solid days all I heard was..

"blog this, blog that and blogging" every other word.

When I finally plucked up the courage to ask what "blog" meant I was met with 3 horrified faces!

Taffy made a face like this.....

So rude don't you think?

He likes to look butch and acts bossy but I have seen him have tummy tickles and look quite soppy. Hee hee.
I have him sussed out already.
Molly, very kindly, told me all about blogging and I wanted to join in the fun immediately.
Taffy pulled another face when I told him I was going to type in pink.

PINK! YOU ARE GOING TO TYPE IN PINK. YUK.

If I am going to be part of this blogging family I fully intend to contribute in my own style and it will be PINK. So there!

Pink to make the boys wink...

What a weekend!!!!

Well what a weekend we had.

We were invited to an absolutely huge party at Camelot Castle to celebrate the birthdays of Bertie and Katie.

So many guests, so much fun, food and frolics!

We arrived a bit late as Taffy's horse became lame and we had to leave it in a village in the middle of nowhere to have new shoes. As Molly was so keen to meet up with all her girly friends she said that Taffy could jump up behind her. A decision she later regretted..... he sort of hung on to her gown with his teeth and the slobber wasn't a good look on her new posh outfit.

Well he wasn't coming on my horse. I was having a fabulous time galloping along on my trusty steed.

There was loads of food and jousting, climbing (organised by Bertie), dancing and drinking. Loads of photos of the weekend are on Asta's blog.

Unfortunately we had to leave the party early as we had received news there was an unexpected visitor in our house.

We were quite mystified.

Our hoomans hadn't mentioned visitors.

Who could it be???

We arrived home and a gorgeous Welshie girl was waiting to greet us!

"Who are you?" we asked.

This is what she said...........

My name is Winnie and I would very much like to live here and become your new sister and this be my furever home. Please may I stay?

You could have knocked us all down with a feather.

When we had lifted our jaws off the floor we settled down and she told us a little more about herself.

Winnie had very recently celebrated her 3rd birthday and wanted very much to live in the countryside and go on lots of nice walks and make some new friends and be a little sister to us all.

Well I have to say I was very happy. It means I will no longer be the baby of the family as I am 7 months older than Winnie and I will have 2 sisters to annoy... sorry meant to say play with. I am going to show her the ropes and help her settle in.

What a brilliant weekend!
